A2Z Powers Riche Points clients by giving sales clients either a complementary or discounted staging service as part of their listing contract. This can be worth up to a $5,000.00 value.

Staging

A2Z provides innovative and creative staging services. Every project is different, and we will approach each project on a case by case basis, considering not only current inventory for the project, but also a budget for additional furniture and decor pieces that will elevate the unique space. We also provide add-on and value-add purchases such as: touch up and listing preparation, selling furniture with the property, remodeling project management and product procurement, furniture and design consultations for the eventual buyers, and more.
Remodel and Renovation Project Management

If you know, you know - managing a remodel is fun, but also requires constant availability and mindfulness to make multitudes of small decisions. We can not only connect you to a variety of professional contractors and vendors, but we can also help manage the entire process as your dedicated liaison and project manager.
Interior Design and Product Procurement

Need help furnishing a property for occupancy? We can assist both landlords (long-term and short-term furnished leases) and owners occupants with designing their space, considering their goals and aesthetic. We will go the extra mile to search for specialty items for a range of budgets. From looking for discount and open-box items to collaborating with New York designers to custom-build furniture.
