Riche Points is a play on words combining multiple origins.  Rich Point is a term used, seldom but effectively, in advanced Blackjack card counting. While not a gambler, there is value in recognizing the intelligence and skill of card counting. When applied to real estate investing, the philosophy is this: for some it is gambling, for others, it is a skill based game. Riche incorporates a French flair and expresses Andrew's francophonic hobbies as well as the globalized and unique take on the neologism. 

Andrew is an agent developing and acting upon the mindset of building wealth and lifestyle through smart real estate decisions. Integrity and dedication to each client is extremely important with a long-term relationship prioritized over a one-time transaction. Andrew aims to achieve this as both an agent and a consultant who will go above and beyond for his clients. To provide this level of service, Andrew seeks to limit the number of clients represented at any given time and he prefers to represent clients who will benefit from a long-term relationship with their real estate agent. Andrew serves the Greater Boston Area and is primarily focused on residential real estate. He works with investors, buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords and is in a position to both recommend and manage specialty services to clients including interior design, remodeling, renovation, staging, furnishing, down payment assistance, 1031-exchange, and other real estate connected services. 

Andrew was born in Wellesley, MA and has lived in Boston for over 10 years. He speaks Mandarin and some French (although it has been a while). He enjoys spending time with his longtime girlfriend and their three cats. He loves Boston and is always tempted to give multi-day New England tours to visitors and new clients, including taking them sailing on the Boston Harbor. He has learned that one of the best ways to make time to do this is through real estate and he is always willing to share local tips and travel advice.
