Florida is hot! Recently, West Palm Beach luxury homes have been reported to sell in Manhattan price territory. 

Investors and retirees are fleeing to Florida for the warm weather and development!

One of the more unique opportunities in Miami is NATIIVO where owners can offset their mortgage with an approved AirBnb-able property. The building offers amenities and on-site management. 

Could this idea catch on in other cities, including Boston? 

Having spoken with the founder in the past, the answer is yes, but the location and price are key. Perhaps we won't see it anytime soon. If there is a component to making housing more affordable, then maybe the City would get behind this or an offshoot idea, focused on providing low-income housing residents an opportunity to earn income.
